Stacy Peardon received her real estate license in 1996 and is a highly successful consult-ant and listing specialist. As the team leader for The Peardon Team, she provides constant and thorough communication throughout the buying and selling process and is an expert marketer and negotiator. Her clients usually become “raving advocates” for her services and enthusiasti-cally refer friends and family to her. This happens because Stacy genuinely understands and cares about her clients needs, hopes, concerns and dreams.

Stacy also serves on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty Lakeside and for the Michigan Region in addition to the Women’s Council of Realtors. Stacy’s team was ranked as Keller Williams Lakesides’ #1 home seller for 2010. As a top producer earning several awards in her market center, she also shares her knowledge as a trainer and consultant to other agents. She has also volunteered much of her time towards several charities. Stacy has attended Oakland University and Walsh College of Business.
